SIGN OUT
Families must sign children in and out each day using the service tablet. Sign in/out is completed using your mobile phone number and PIN via OWNA. Accurate attendance records are required at all times. - All children must be signed in on arrival. - All children must be signed out on departure. - If your child is unwell, please do not attend and mark them absent.
aBSENCES &
cHILD CARE SUBSIDY
Centrelink allows 42 absence days per financial year that still receive CCS. If your child exceeds 42 absences: - A medical certificate must be provided to Aura Academy. - The absence will be coded as an Approved Allowable Absence CCS will still apply. If a medical certificate is not provided: - CCS will not be paid by Centrelink - Full fees will be charged to parents.
CHILD COLLECTION
& SAFETY
The safety and wellbeing of your child is our highest priority. Children will only be released to: - A parent or legal guardian. - Authorised persons listed on the enrolment form. Important: - Any changes must be updated via your enrolment form in OWNA. - If an authorised person is unknown to educators, photo ID is required. - If an unauthorised person arrives, the child will not be released. A written parent authorisation must be provided before release.
